How do the Territories work?
-
Small Initial Territories: Each Jim’s Mowing franchise has a small designated territory (around 800 homes) and a right of first refusal for leads within that area.
- Unlimited Take Work Area: Franchisees can choose to take work beyond their territory by setting a “take work area,” which allows them to expand the scope of leads they can access, with no territorial limitations on where they can take work.
- Flexible Work Boundaries: Franchisees are encouraged to limit their work area to reduce travel time, ensuring they can work efficiently and profitably within a manageable distance.
- Exponential Lead Generation: As more trailers and franchises are added within a city, the brand’s visibility and lead generation increase exponentially. Multiple franchisees sharing the same market area leads to higher lead volume and stronger brand recognition.
