Fixed Franchise Fees (No Percentage):
One of the greatest advantages of a Jim’s Mowing Franchise is the fixed franchise fee. We never charge a percentage of revenue. Not only does this mean you get to keep more of the money you earn, but it also delivers the greatest benefits of the Jim’s Mowing Franchise System: the relationship between Franchisee and Franchisor. Up Front Fees:
The purchase of a Jim’s Mowing Franchise is less than the price of a new compact car. For $32,500.00 (until August 31, 2022) you can purchase a Jim’s Mowing franchise including access to the brand, advertising, digital marketing, systems, software, support and professional coaching. All you will need to purchase beyond that is a truck, trailer and equipment (all which can be leased to own with no money down). Online training ($990) and Uniforms ($850) are your only additional costs. No trip to Australia for classroom training is required.
- $707 a month franchise fee (Fixed – Never a percentage of revenue).
- $153 advertising fund. All the Franchisees pay into this fund every month so we can advertise the brand collectively and bring in new business. In 2021 we brought in over 6,000 new customers in BC (and we had to turn away over 1,500 of them because we didn’t have enough Franchisees to service them). From 2018 to 2021 the number of new customer leads that came in for our franchisees doubled from 3,000 to over 6,000.
- $14.30 per lead. When you need new customers, we will send you new leads for $14.30 each. The first 50 leads for all new Franchisees are free.
- Our franchisees earn between $200,000 and $1,500,000 per year (usually a 10 month season), meaning that our franchisees fees represent from 0.5% to 4.2% of revenue. Far less than the 10-12% average fees in standard model franchising.
