I was looking for a kick start to spring - getting the yard trimmed, cleaned and essentially refreshed before things start blooming and growing. Patrick Keen and his team were amazing - actually trimming what I have long thought were unruly bushes into lovely trees! Who knew!?!?!? It is a delight coming home to look at the yard, and we haven't even seen the spring blossoms yet. I would 100% recommend this company.

Pat Keen with Jim's mowing and his team did a great job on my property. The deck got a major clean and looks better than ever and they used manpower as strata didn't allow power washing. The lawn got a total re-level, re-soil and re-seed and looks great. The river rocks in the shady part of the yard tie it all together and provided a final fix to a tough space to landscape. We found Jim's mowing very reliable. They mow our lawn regularly and do a very good job. They also prune our shrubs and clean our gutters. They are versatile and perform well at whatever they're asked to do. We've had them for a few years and are very satisfied

Use your 14-Day cooling off period to take the disclosure package to your accountant, business advisor and lawyer for advice, and call as many of our Franchisees as you wish and ask questions concerning their experience as a Jim’s Mowing Franchisee.You can also use your 14-day cooling off period to begin your classroom and field training. One of the best things about a Jim’s Franchise is that you can take all the training before you buy.

6. Watch Our Online Disclosure & Training Video Series

Our online training and disclosure program features 35 hours of high-quality video content, recorded at our Global Training and Conference Centre in Melbourne. This comprehensive series covers all aspects of the Jim’s Mowing franchise system—how it operates, what sets it apart, and why it has proven so effective. You’ll gain a clear understanding of the support and strategies we provide to help you succeed as a Jim’s Mowing franchisee.

7. Sign Your Document Package and Make Payment

Now that you know everything we do, you’ve spoken to all our Franchisees and they’ve confirmed that this is not “too good to be true”, you’re ready to sign your Franchise agreement and start your 10 days of field training in Vancouver, BC.

8. Complete Your 5-7 Day Training In Vancouver

Spend 5-7 days with us learning the tools, how to quote and perform the work profitably, productively and cost effectively. This is also when we will be supplying you with the software and training to run your business like a well-oiled machine. We’ll have you booking jobs, invoicing and collecting payments with confidence in no time!
