Do I need experience?

No Industry Experience Required: Jim’s Mowing franchisees come from various backgrounds (restaurants, engineering, healthcare, trades, etc.), and prior experience in landscaping or lawn care is not required.
- Comprehensive Training Provided: Franchisees receive 35 hours of online training before purchasing the franchise, followed by 5 to 7 days of field training to become proficient with tools and operations.
- 13-Week Onboarding Process: After purchasing, franchisees undergo a 13-week onboarding program that includes weekly meetings to teach essential business skills such as productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ongoing Support and Development: Even after the onboarding process, franchisees have access to ongoing professional development, meetings, and social events where they can share best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
