All our Fees Explained

One of the greatest advantages of a Jim’s Mowing Franchise is the fixed franchise fee. We never charge a percentage of revenue. Not only does this mean you get to keep more of the money you earn, but it also delivers the greatest benefits of the Jim’s Mowing Franchise System: the relationship between Franchisee and Franchisor. The purchase of a Jim’s Mowing Franchise is $25,000.00 (including a $15,000 discount until June 30, 2026). For less than the price of a new compact car you can purchase a Jim’s Mowing franchise including access to the brand, business systems, advertising, digital marketing, software, support and coaching. Uniforms, documentation and our comprehensive training program are less than $5,000 in total. All you need beyond that is a truck, trailer and equipment (all of which can be leased-to-own with no money down).

• $825 a month franchise fee (Fixed – Never a percentage of revenue).
  $185 for the advertising fund. All the Franchisees pay into this fund every month so we can advertise the brand collectively and bring in new business.
• $20.00 per lead. The first 50 leads for all new Franchisees are free.
• In 2025 we brought in over 8,000 new customers in BC (and we had to turn away over 2,000 of them because we didn’t have enough Franchisees to meet demand).
• From 2019 to 2025 the number of new customer leads more than tripled from 3,000 to over 9,000 per year.
• Our franchisees earn between $150,000 and $3,000,000 per year in revenue, meaning our franchisees fees represent from 0.5% to 4% of revenue. Far less than the 10-12% average fees in standard model franchising.
